Colaiste Naomh Eoin will take some general photographs for publicity purposes from time to time. These images will be general in nature and may appear in our printed publications, member newsletters and on our website. By registering to become a member you provide permission to Colaiste Naomh Eoin to use any general image(s) taken throughout the courses in publicity material (newsletter, web page, direct mail etc).

Indemnity by Members
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Colaiste Naomh Eoin its directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable solicitor and lawyer’ fees) relating to or arising out of your participation of Colaiste Naomh Eoin, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to the Implied Terms:
Colaiste Naomh Eoin does not warrant that colaistenaomheoin.com is fit for any particular purpose; that the functions contained in the materials in colaistenaomheoin.com will be uninterrupted; that defects will be corrected; that colaistenaomheoin.com is free of viruses and other harmful components or that the Content is accurate, complete or reliable.

Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a course you agree to accept without modification the Terms and Conditions below. By using the site, you are deemed to consent to and accept these terms and conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
1. Payment:
We require a deposit of €130 to paid upon booking. This will reserve a place for the student. The balance is payable on a specified registration date. There is a 10% reduction for the second and subsequent students attending from the same family.
On receipt of the application and deposit an official acknowledgment will be issued along with an information pack.
2. Payment Methods:
Payment can be made using one of the following payments through:
- Online – Online Payments are securely processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. PayPal also acts a payment platform for most Credit & Debit Cards.
- Download Application Form – Send it in along with the deposit.
- Brochure – We can send you out a brochure, which must be filled out and returned along with the deposit of €130 or Full Fee of €420.
All application forms must be posted to the address listed on the form with a deposit of €130 of full fee of €440. Cheques, Drafts & Postal Orders should be made payable to: Coláiste Naomh Eoin.
3. Availability of Courses
Any booking for courses placed through this site is made subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline to supply any individual or to refuse any booking for a course. Coláiste Naomh Eoin reserves the right to change course schedules, with reasonable notice, and to postpone or cancel a course. In the event of cancellation, the College will refund all fees paid. In the event that an agreed 3rd party payee does not pay for the course in its entirety, the student will be liable for the full amount outstanding to the College.
4. Cancellation Policy
- At least four weeks notice in writing of cancellation must be given before refund will be made minus an administration fee.
- All cancellations must be in writing.
- The full fee is forfeited In the event of cancellation less than 1 month prior to the course start date.
- Course bookings can be transferred up to 1 month prior to the course start date subject to availability.
- An administration charge of €30 will be charged for all cancellations processed.
- A €20 charge will apply to any bounced cheques.
